Are Barak Obama and Eric Holder guilty of “Treason”?

TREASON – This word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.
The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
Is providing Khalid Sheik Mohammed a jury trial, and extending “Miranda Rights” to enemy combatants essentially providing aid and comfort to the enemies of the us? Should we be bringing charges against them?
You right wingers sure can whip up a good smear. I’ll give you that.
Remember the old days when even questioning the Republican savior George W. Bush would be called treasonous? Now you don’t even think twice of calling the President a racist, traitor, imposter and terrorist sympathizer. We weren’t 6 months into Obama’s term before governors started talking of seceding and right wingers started talking about revolution.
Conservatives, you are the definition of anti-American, and you don’t even know it. Please stop crying revolution just because you lost 2 election cycles. Grow up.
