Mission Statement
The impetus for the Tea Party movement is excessive government spending and taxation. Our mission is to attract, educate, organize, and mobilize our fellow citizens to secure public policy consistent with our three core values of Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutionally Limited Government and Free Markets.

Fiscal Responsibility: Fiscal Responsibility by government honors and respects the freedom of the individual to spend the money that is the fruit of their own labor. A constitutionally limited government, designed to protect the blessings of liberty, must be fiscally responsible or it must subject its citizenry to high levels of taxation that unjustly restrict the liberty our Constitution was designed to protect. Such runaway deficit spending as we now see in Washington D.C. compels us to take action as the increasing national debt is a grave threat to our national sovereignty and the personal and economic liberty of future generations.
Constitutionally Limited Government: We, the members of The Tea Party Patriots, are inspired by our founding documents and regard the Constitution of the United States to be the supreme law of the land. We believe that it is possible to know the original intent of the government our founders set forth, and stand in support of that intent. Like the founders, we support states’ rights for those powers not expressly stated in the Constitution. As the government is of the people, by the people and for the people, in all other matters we support the personal liberty of the individual, within the rule of law.
Free Markets: A free market is the economic consequence of personal liberty. The founders believed that personal and economic freedom were indivisible, as do we. Our current government’s interference distorts the free market and inhibits the pursuit of individual and economic liberty. Therefore, we support a return to the free market principles on which this nation was founded and oppose government intervention into the operations of private business.
Our Philosophy
Tea Party Patriots, Inc. as an organization believes in the Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutionally Limited Government, and Free Markets. Tea Party Patriots, Inc. is a non-partisan grassroots organization of individuals united by our core values derived from the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States of America, the Bill Of Rights as explained in the Federalist Papers. We recognize and support the strength of grassroots organization powered by activism and civic responsibility at a local level. We hold that the United States is a republic conceived by its architects as a nation whose people were granted “unalienable rights” by our Creator. Chiefly among these are the rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” The Tea Party Patriots stand with our founders, as heirs to the republic, to claim our rights and duties which preserve their legacy and our own. We hold, as did the founders, that there exists an inherent benefit to our country when private property and prosperity are secured by natural law and the rights of the individual.

I am more than appalled at your organization, politics, philosophy, threats, ideology, ignorance and behavior. Where were all you fine Americans during the Bush years, when HE was doing all kinds of things that undermined this country? Why were you silent then? It was just fine as HE undermined our constitutional rights and THE ECONOMY, wasn’t it? Where were the protests when it was determined that HE brought us into a war that has ruined our economy on LIES? There were no weapons of mass destruction and yet you are silent about that. You are silent about the war crimes committed in the name of this country to allegedly protect us when all these crimes have done is made us more a target of terrorism because of the hatred that extends towards any country that kidnaps and tortures individuals.

If you can read, then read this. What YOUR protestors are spewing out is the core of fascism. I believe you should all be arrested, including your Fox News reporters, commentators, Sarah Palin and on an on for inciting to riot and hate crimes.
All because people want to have health insurance. All because people don’t want to go bankrupt over illness. One person said it best: I paid for your war; you can pay for my health care. War kills innocent people but you not protesting that. Not having health care kills innocent Americans but you protest allowing them having access to it. It looks to me like the Tea Party is only interested in killing people.
I don’t like the corporate bailouts. But who started it? Check your facts. It wasn’t Obama. Gee – who might it have been? Hmmmm……oh yes, BUSH. Protest that all you want – without threats of violence; without the use of language like “We’re armed and ready for civil disobedience”. Stop encouraging violence!!!

Just went through some of your tea party sites. I am largely in agreement with your principles and I’m extremely upset with government as usual. The tea party sites seem a little thin on organization and structure. Are you looking for help?
Attention TEA Party Republican Loyalists:
Last Weekend, I asked a Republican State Senator via email to ask the Republican Leadership if I could meet with them to discuss the principles, values and issues of the TEA Party. I told them I was going to write an article expressing my opinion as to whether the Conservatives in the TEA Party Movement should join the Republican Party, try to take over the Republican Party or start a third party.

When I called Tuesday, I was told by this Republican Senator’s Staff that she would be too busy to meet with me probably until after the end of the Month. As of 930a today, I have not heard back from either the Senator nor the Republican Party of Minnesota.
Caucuses are in Minnesota are February 2nd.
Do you understand what you are facing now? Do you understand the Republican Leadership will look at you with the same smiling expression on their faces as John Edwards did in denying his affair and fatherhood of his illegitimate child and tell you, “Of Course we will adopt your principles” and stick the shim in your back when elections are over when they no longer need your vote?
Those were my thoughts.

The event you’re citing here is a Canvas Kick off in support of Government Health Care put on by Organizing for America. The E-mail to which you refer was put out by CCHC. Tea Party Patriots as well as well as well as other “Tea Party Organizations”(Eric Odem)were requesting that Americans across the U.S. show up at the local offices of their federal legislators’ as a symbolic show of the American People’s displeasure toward a Nationalized Health Care System as is being considered.

The Democrats out internetted the Republicans last election.
Now it appears they are out internetting us.
It appears that some orchestrated effort has front loaded the results for ”TEA PARTY” on digg.com with unflattering and/or fraudulent entries.
Please create a digg.com account. Search for ”TEA Party” on Digg.com. then simply go past the bogus entries and digg the legitimate tea party articles. Careful, someone has created a few bogus digg tea party entries that look real but provide bad or fraudulent PR. The first day it will probably only yet you do 4 or 5 diggs, wait a week and you should be able to do many more.
This will do 2 things, it will make good tea party results show up higher in the Digg.com search, more importantly it will increase rankings of the good articles in all search engines particularly, Google.
When people search ”TEA Party” we want them to find the real TEA Party articles, not the bogus propaganda.
We need people to see the real tea party to win converts.
